BYZANTINO JEWELERY offers the possibility of shopping to customers inside and outside of Greece
Orders are shipped by us within 1-5 business days, depending on product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss all possible options for fulfilling your order..
Shipments, processing and deliveries of orders take place every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification.
All shipments are made with FeDEx.
Shipping costs are free for all orders.
RETURNS
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days
Returns are acceptable only if: if:
- The product is in the condition as delivered by BYZANTINO JEWELERY and received by the customer, without any wear.
- The packaging is the one that accompanies the product, in excellent condition.
- All shipping documents are present.
